Our History & Values

Gareth and Charlotte Shatwell met while both working for the NHS and Charlotte’s parents previously owned the home. Our ethos is based on traditional values coupled to contemporary understanding and modern methods.

  • Experience: Our manager is the third generation of her family to work in care. Come and meet Lynne and her team to see why this matters so much.
  • Respect: We want our residents to carry on being who they are and doing what they do. We don’t ask them to change to suit our home, we accommodate everyone.
  • Community: Creating a family in our home is of paramount importance to us and it is the way in which we ensure everyone – residents and staff – feel valued every day.
